No milk for a week!!!

Last month, Queen Folagbade was ill and the doctor asked us to feed her non-milk foods. When I heard I was like WHAT? Before this instruction, Queen Fola’s meals comprised 80-90% of milk – Nan2 and her cereals.

The first night we compromised because she was crying out hungrily.
By the second day, we found other substitutes – mashed potatoes, fruits, plaintain, ogi etc
Though it was tough at the beginning but she adjusted well, loves her non-milk meals and she is growing gracefully!!!

Sometimes God decides to take the milk from us – those things we slide to easily that are not necessarily sin but definitely not in line with our purpose – habits, relationships etc.
It could be painful at the beginning but obey because it’s for your good.
Remember He never gives us beyond what we can handle, move from milk to solids!! Heb 5:12-14

P.S Queen Fola can now have milk but it is no longer her major meal, it’s simply a supplement now.
