Beautiful Saturday,

I remember going to the hospital few weeks after giving birth and secretly comparing myself with other nursing mothers. They seemed slimmer and more beautiful. That was an absolutely foolish act -these ladies were carrying 4-6 months old babies, mine was just few weeks old.
The journey is different for each one of us so we must try not to compare. Just because we are the same age or we were classmates doesn’t mean we have to “look alike”. Our destinations are different so God takes us through different paths.

Today instead of comparing, give yourself a compliment and others too.
